Can anyone help me in finding information about plasmids or processes that can be used for inserting specific gene sequences into coryneform bacterias, without leaving plasmid sequences into the bacteria's chromosome? I am aware of PK18mobsacB and PK19mobsacB plasmids only, from schafer et. al, 1994, which require incubation in sucrose for 48 hours to excise plasmid vector.
