Related work experience plays a vital role in motivating the Entrepreneurship. But when we talk about high tech entrepreneurship in Aviation industry, we talk about very high investment and high risk specifically IN developing avionics units and composite technology as well precision machining. I want to know from learned scholars what is the role of work experience in motivating high tech entrepreneurship in Aviation industry?
In my view, work experience in the aviation sector might just be another independent variable. The more important characteristics would be Focus on exposure of Quality Standards and Ethical mindset of the entrepreneur.
Moderating Variable plays a significant role in this conceptual framework, which is more of compliance. All talented and hard working entrepreneurs can contribute to the aviation industry, but if the compliance is lacking, the venture can be a disaster.
Quality Standards and Organizational Ethics in always originate at the top.

I have been a qualified Air Traffic Controller and flying my fathers Cherokee 140 already at the age of 13. I never got my license but my dad was a Chief Pilot of Swazi National Airways flying F28's. So spent plenty of time in Aviation - I recently finished a 15 foray into the Business world (insurance/investment).
I remember a head on collision back in 1982 between a military and civilian aircraft. My golf partner died in that crash. What struck me was the tacit informal talk that acknowledged that plenty of professionals had known about this problem. This grey area of having to 'switch channels' and it was only after this collision that corrections were made in procedures to for stall any future repetition. Point being I believe that regular times of organized round table discussions should be held with people who are on the ground and there opinion sought on how danger areas could be avoided and pre-empted and monies saved by smarter methodology.
Aviation is a sector which is very dynamic in respect of technology.Workplaces educate the employees regarding different developments ensuing in this particular industry. They give new ideas regarding the technological innovations which can be further utilised in their entrepreneurial endeavours. The cost of entrepreneurial training can also be minimised as working personnels can learn the required skills of technology from their respective workplace.
Moreover, Developments referred ,are constant; hence a break from work means becoming outmoded.
