I don't know of any commercial supplier of cigarette smoke extract. It would be a tough product to standardize and is best used fresh. It's very easy to make, though...I'm guessing there's a regulatory reason for why you can't make it?
Yes, exactly. But i might just be looking for a collaborative approach on this then. I didn't find any supplier beside tobacco industry whom i am not willing to work with.

Sorry, Muriel...I misread your question. Danielle is right. You can indeed get condensate commercially (or could as of a few years ago), which is a different product from cigarette smoke extract (aqueous).
