Yes this is known, you have to inject them 10 times instead of one in order to get the lung carcinomas. However, i didn'T find any data on the differences between the 129SV strains. I have S2 here, i don't know whether these would be more prone to develop lung cancer or not. This makes it very difficult to prepare the animal experiment application...
