I isolated splenic T cell from mouse spleen using MACS.

I tried to extract total RNA from the single cell suspension, but number of cell is too much, so amounts of materials for RNA isolation are not enough.

So, I'm planning to store the cell in Liquid Nitrogen tank,

But I'm worried about if the gene expression is changed when we freeze the cell.

Is it okay if I freeze the cell??
