What concentration of ethanol are you using and how are you administering it (e.g. iv or ip?)?

And how are you measuring dopamine? Are you using microdialysis or voltammetry? Are your probes definitely sampling from the VTA?

I inject 20% ethanol i.p and use microdialysis.

I check many time probe's position.
