I would like to ask those who have worked with dialysis tubes similar to the one pictured for advice on the best way to keep the dialysis tube upright while transferring a solution into it. I often use a pipette to transfer the solution into the tube while holding the open end, but it is quite thin and may slip if you're not careful.
Are there any tools or methods that can securely hold it upright so you can transfer the solution into it without needing to hold it open?
For reference, the dialysis tube I'm working with is provided by Sigma Aldrich (D0530).
