I get negative peaks in HPLC for my researches. I don’t have time for redoing my tests. Is there any suitable way to fix this problem and can I get an absolute magnitude for this peaks?!

Pedram : You ask for free advice and information, but have not provided even the most basic information needed to answer any related questions. In most cases, negative sample HPLC peaks indicate an INVALID method (invalid method = invalid data). We can not possibly provide any additional information unless you share with us the complete HPLC method and sample details, plus chromatogram(s). We need to understand all of the details regarding how the data was collected and analyzed (known as the 'HPLC Method'). Please have someone at your school who is familiar with HPLC analysis provide this information and we will try and help you.
The scientific method should be followed at all times and 'fixing' data is generally not allowed even when you run out of time.
