how much difference could there be between juvenile and adult gastropods?
when I put all of the samples from the same station next to each other they seem to be the different development stages of the same species. I have seen this trend in other species too. but I can't be sure
The Ellobiidae of this geographical area should be studied again,
there are differences between the type and the specimen you show
you can still call them Cassidula cf. labrella.
Such changes are seen in more species of terrestrial snails, e.g. Helicidae, Elonidae, etc. In the Ellobiidae it also occurs, as you can see in our paper regarding Ellobiidae from NW Borneo
