I'm trying to get flow mediated dilation data to assess endothelial function using Reactive Hyperemia ( Occlusion).
What would be the best option to
a) get the data from one arm , take baseline measurement then occlude and get data during post reactive hyperemia.
b) consider one arm baseline measurement and use other arm for occlusion and get post reactive hyperemia data.

Dear Kasun,
I looked at our examinations for endothlial dysfunction. We performed this in patients with Angina pectoris and a normal coronarangiography. In these pts., we provoked spasms with Papverin. Only in pts. with endothlial dysfunction, spasms of the vessels occured. I first thought that we had conducted doppler measurements, but we just looked at the coronarangiography. Sorry, but I think this is not helpful for just. Have a good luck with your trial!
