I need to administer letrozole and/or dutasteride to mice via i.p. injection. I found papers dissolving dutasteride in saline + 0.3% gelatin, which I added at 1.25mg/ml. I found another paper dissolving letrozole in saline + 10% Tween 20, which I added at 0.1mg/ml.
Neither have dissolved. I know that both are soluble in DMSO but I'm not sure I can use this for injections? This is my first time doing in vivo work, and the group I'm in have never used these compounds before, so we're all a little lost.
