i need professional help.. i got this problem that I have to add IL-2 to my cells. My Prof. asked me to find out how much 20 Units/ml is in ng/ml because we ordered the IL-2 via Miltenyi and want to reconstitute it to 0.1 mg/ml. She told me she wants to know what the 20 Units/ml would be in ng/ml.. so i searched the internet and came up with the formula: ng/ml = Units/ml * MW (in Dalton). So i calculated and got this: ng/ml = 20 U/ml * 15,4 kDa = 308000 ng/ml.
However, it confuses me since when is g/mol = Da? or even ng/ml. I really need help... please !
