Can we use just normal flasks that are routinely used for cell cultures? I realized that it is the best if we don't let cells to attach the surface when culturing stem cells, especially breast cancer stem cells. Once they attached to surfaces, they will differentiate and no more stem.
Which brands of flasks are the best to use? I will be doing breast cancer stem cell culturing from Breast cancer primary tissues.

With human Breast Cancer Stem Cell usually culturing in T75 Plated Cells. Also you can use T25, T150, and T225

Thank you Saleh Alkarim. Must these plates be ultra low attachment plates or just normal plates? Some said just normal plates and some said no it cannot be normal plate because we cannot let stem cells attach to surfaces. Once they attach the surfaces, they become differentiated and no more stemness. So they recommended to use ultra low attachment plates or try different other way to inhibit the attachment if we use normal routine plates for cell culture.
Is there any online training for stem cell culturing from primary human tissue. e.g. Breast cancer tissue? Kindly let me know.
and kindly let me know if we can just use normal cell culture incubator that has 5%CO2 or we have to culture stem cells in hypoxic condition (in hypoxic chamber)?
