There does not appear to be a direct spectrophotometric method to measure inactive Cs, Sr, or Co concentrations, as these elements may not form suitable colored complexes or absorb light strongly enough in the UV-visible range. More specialized techniques like AAS, ICP-MS, or ion chromatography may be better suited for accurately quantifying trace levels of these elements.
