Cidex solution is ideal for sterilisation of endoscope in the opd. 

Cidex could meet the requirement of high level of disinfection, but it is difficult to sterilize an endoscope. As a matter of fact, sterilization will be more difficult.  American Product ,Steris System,  and British product, Tristella system may be help for sterilization for the  rigid or flexible endoscope.  For the working channel, brushing is very critical.

OPA is a good option for disinfection but not for sterilization. Peroxyacetic acid is better for sterilization

 Thanks Dr. Siyu, You would inform me more details about peroxyacetic acid use regarding how it is used for sterilization of ENT endoscopes & what are the precautions during use, also the price? if there is an integrated tube of sterilization in ENT treatment unit, what is the duration of leaving the endoscope inside the peroxyacetic acid & when you change the sterilizer (after what numbers of use)?
