Good day. Any good recommendations for high quality light sources for endoscopes?

Looking for some on Alibaba, don't know which is better though. The one with the high watts or higher Lux (photo 1 vs Photo 2).

these cost around 100 US dollars

If there's one that's much pricier but is of good quality, would love to know

also if there's such a thing as a continuous portable light source for endoscopes? all I've seen are kind of bulky.
