Can any one please tell me what should be the minimum/maximum distance between two identical super wide band antennas to measure group delay, isolation (both magnitude and phase) and fidelity factor for face to face and side by side configuration?

For measurement of antenna. The receiver antenna should be kept in the far field region of the radiating antenna.
I agree with @ anik Ghosh . The antenna should be kept in far field.
For some antennas it would be unusual to measure side-by-side isolation in the far-field. Very often what you need to know is the side-by-side isolation when the antennas are side-by-side close together, which may not be in the far-field, for example when both are on the same side of a mast.
