I have designed a super wideband antenna having 1 GHz to 40 GHz bandwidth using HFSS and i got simulated results. Now i would like to fabricate and make some VSWR, input impedance, radiation pattern and gain measurements on it. Can any one suggest suitable low loss and wideband connectors for my antenna. I used FR4 substrate with dielectric constant of 4.4, 1.6 mm thickness and 0.02 loss tangent.

I don't know about the antenna that you have designed but if you have feed it through substrate than you need press mount connector, you can search on google press mount connector with center conductor length should be equal to 1.6 mm. You will get all the information related to frequency in the datasheet of connector. But if you have feed it through micro strip than you need a side mount connector.

there are two connectors which you may use one is known and K connector or 2.92mm connector which works upto 40GHz and other is 2.4mm connector which works upto 50GHz. look for press mount connector option for these.

FR4 Glass epoxy is lossy dielectric substrate and you mention the loss tangent value of 0.02 then, how would it work for 40 GHz??? Check your simulator result properly, FR4 does not work beyound few GHz.My suggestion firstly used good dielectric material and then later on think about connector likes N/K-Type etc.
I think Shrivaj is correct. With er of 4.4 and loss tangent of 0.02 there should be losses of about 1 dB per (free space) wavelength in your substrate. This may give a false impression of a good match at 40 GHz where the wavelength is 7.5 mm.
I too suspect you are heating up the substrate rather than radiating at the higher frequencies. The FR4 family of substrates is not good above 10GHz. You need to select a good substrate and re-model before doing anything else. Also your model should include the connector interface. This could be critical and you need to know how to model it. Don't just believe whatever the HFSS tells you. Be critical and test your model.
FR4 is lossy material. For 40 GHz, try using some other substrate such as ROGERS or RT Duriod etc.
