Can Anybody tell me how to manage the resonance frequency and bandwidth in ADS when designing LC circuits?

Kindly help me regarding this matter . Suppose i am designing a LC circuits to make a band stop resonance curve so hoe to calculate L and C value. and how to control the bandwidth?
