Quasars do emit more than a substantial energy.

The consideration is to tap into that energy so it can be utilized.

The energy cells configuration does that 'taping' of the Quasars energy and converts it into usable electricity, The EC is a tad of somewhat similar to a galena crystal and a mosfet transistor being a one channel radio receiver.

Those 5 AE’s and Isotopes made for the Energy cell are aligned in similarity to that galena crystal and a mosfet to tune it. (The Cyclotron)

However, Those 5 new AE's and their activation by a cyclotron make it, them being actively aligned to Quasar energy at the needed EMF emission / supply.

AS to your saying as to 'publish' that energy source configuration, I considered such and put such aside until after I've been to a Cyclotron Unit and donated enough EC's to the Cyclotron for its energy needs operations.

I've of yet to receive the funding to do those Cyclotron works, yet I'm close to a substantial funder that wants to exploit the energy cell as to his consideration of the funding of its activation.
