I'm trying to fabricate CZTS via Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD). I'm planning on using the following precursors:
Copper Sulphate for copper source
Zinc Sulphate for Zinc source
Tin Sulphate for Tin Source
Thiourea for Sulphur source
Ammonium Hydroxide to adjust the PH value
TEA as stabilising agent
I was wondering what molar concentration I should be using for each precursor to synthesise CZTS via CBD. According to literature it should be in the milli-Molar range. Also the ph value varies from 10-12 and the deposition time and temperature are 60mins and 60°C respectively. Any comment/help is much appreciated.
