I have analyzed mRNA human samples in bioanalyzer and the RNA concentration provided did not match with the RNA concentration of the same sample in the same dilution provided by Qubit. What RNA concentration is more accurate and can I really trust?
Sample 1)
bioanalyzer: 0,315 ng/uL
qubit: 0,710 ng/uL
sample 2)
bioanalyzer: 0,173ng/uL
qubit: 0,870 ng/uL

maybe your concentrations of mRNA are too low, have you checked detection limit of your instruments or kits used? This may be the cause of such large deviations.

I believe the qubit is the most accurate, because I've heard from the tech support the quantification from the bioAnalzyer is not that accurate.
