Are there is possibility of OA for a tissue specific cancer ,such as breast,lung or any other type?

You can select an onogenic target for a tissue specific cancer, but I don't know any type of cancer cell that represents or generally expresses only one. I think that if you want to select a goo antigen candidate you should have a look at the literature and decide. I attach a review. I think it will help you.

Dear Pawan Upadhyay during my research and working several cancer cell line i have found that maximum of Cancer cells are dependent on and also secreats Beta hCG... and the expression of hCG is generally ectopic.... i worked on atleast 18 cancer cell line and all are mapped for the ectopic expression of hCG ... this may help you.

In another point of view, Metabolism may also count.

Glucose addiction and Warburg effect make cancer cells generate more ATP through aerobic glycosis.

ETC may stay active, but the derivatives from highly active of glycosis can then be used for biosynthesis of nucleotides and lipids which cancer cells need a lot for cell proliferation.
