I have to analyze a structure which have welded and non welded contacts.
For welded portions, i have assigned bonded contact type.
For the non welded portions, what type of contact should I use. Reference image is attached. Welded parts are indicated, other than the welded parts, others are in non weld contact.
Kindly help me in selecting the contact type.
In order to simulate a real-like case, you should assign it as a frictional contact. If you don't have enough data or this area is not of interest, you may assign it as frictionless.

I agree with Gerges Youssef completely in methodical sense. Then, on the drawing we can see two areas where contact interaction may be realized: 1) contact of two sides of internal rectangular profile (rectangular tube) with close-fitting sides of external trough-shaped profile (where welding is absent); 2) hinge on the end of trough-shaped profile.
In first area the low amplitude sliding occurs and the principal peculiarity is in gap between contacting bodies and normal loads determining. (Usually these displacements are removed by welding of edges).
The second area (hinge) relates to rotatory sliding.
