The prescribed dilution for the Anti GFP Antibody is 1:1000, however added 1:100 dilution instead. The two other antibodies are added at right dilutions and also the secondaries. I saw different suggestions regarding the dilution of primary antibodies that could be set for Immunofluorescence ranging between 1:100 and 1:1000.So, whether the results would be affected due to this issue?

Likely just high background, depending on how good your antibody is. Washing should fix most of the problem. Maybe do some extra washes? There's not much more you can do to address the problem at this point.

Besides possibly increasing the costs 10x there might be no harm done.
However, the amount of background you can expect depends on the specificity of the antibody.
