It allmost 10 months since 1 case of Covid-19 was detected. Countries across the globe are conducting clinical trials related to vaccines, diagnostic procedures, antiviral therapy, plasma therapy n through traditional medicine. Are we going in right direction?
Sometimes it is difficult to believe, that the current pandemic is really a natural one? If it is a naturally emerged pandemic, ongoing vaccine and drug research is on its peak in most of countries (for vaccine development this much of time period is generally needed, however researcher from the covid epicenters are claiming for covid vaccine from very beginning) which is good for all covid patients. If its not (natural one), it is good for all the professionals associated with income generation from covid-19, masks, hand sanitizers, and now vaccines.
God question. A lot of research is being done for Covid-19? But the vaccine can have the wrong effect. Because all people have different immunity. Some people may be adversely affected by the vaccine. I believe that medicine can cure the disease.

This is a very relevant question that you have raised.
In most research works related to COVID-19, it can be seen that the researcher is trying to generate data for further research or is trying to test a hypothesis. This is because most of these researches are basic researches. They are being pursued for the first time and do not have any connections with prior researches. So most of these researches can be treated as first generation researches on this topic. To get solutions regarding COVID-19, it seems that we have to wait for a long time. We have to wait for the second and third generation researches to appear. So for the time being holding patience is the key to success.

What I feel we should be more focused on the identifying important factor for cytokine storm and poor prognosis. Maximum number of countries are having more hope towards vaccine. However, vaccine may not have 100% efficacy and more than 80% cases reported to have asymptomatic and mild illness. Therefore, it will be vital to see that vaccine will prevent disese in vulnerable population or not?

I am wondering about the vaccine. I think it may take still more time however people have different perceptions to receive it and many research studies find that maintaining rules and regulation might be more effective to solve it

I think it will take more time for getting vaccine of Covid 19. We are observing national and international news related with Covid 19 but we are not getting positive information.
Covid need vaccing to address its impact and development of vaccine is a tedious job. There are four different phases of clinical trials and takes long time to get favourable outcome. So, it will require some more time to get fisrt level of vaccines with limiations of usage.
