I hope that one if not gonna mix relationship and being colleuge or working in same industry. There are no relationships one will be superior with skill and knowledge and one might be on low. Similarly every one can be your replacement

The relationship with colleagues in different scientific disciplines is more favored than others because it gives the opportunity for us to accumulation and.     make diversity in our knowledge

i prefer to have good relationship with my colleagues i would like to have an impact in any environment i work in of course a positive impact on other. relationship with colleagues is a criteria of job satisfaction so it is important for your development to have good relationship with the good one, however any workplace have good and bad people the bad people you might work on them may be you can change some, or at least you need to have a neutral relationship with them because sometime they are dangerous  too

I agree with all RG colleagues.

Actually, it is bad relationship because each of us think he knows more and has more knowledge. This situation is not healthy and doesn't help for better scientific activities. I hope they will understand that in science nothing is complete or true 100% we all try to develop something. Each of us has different background even we work in the same specialization. Each of us special case. Discussion will erase any doubts.

In developing countries we face many problems and the research environment is not healthy at all.

Really it is a relation that was built on full respect, passing through quiet channels of scientific cooperation. Regards

Unfortunately, many of these relationships exist out of need, so they are not genuine. Nevertheless, you try to be respectful to everyone and provide whatever assistance you can give in accordance with their requests. It is a very competitive environment so it's easy for conflicts to arise in which some people pull you down at the first chance, but you have to be professional and know how to handle the critics.

It’s always a good idea to get to know your colleagues. If you can find common ground outside of your work, it naturally makes the working relationship a more positive experience. This will also reduce hesitations to ask your colleagues for a favor (e.g. Can you run these patients for me today? May I borrow some supplies?). Knowing your coworkers can also aid in avoiding potential work style conflicts.

They are like a family to me. They understand what I do and I find ways of collaborating with them to sing our common song. I treat all of them with great respect.

Absolutely warm, deliberate and strategic because we need each other in all ways and the challenge of disciplinary growth becomes easier when it is a shared burden. We challenge each other and spur each other to next things...

I have an excellent relationship with the colleagues in my department. We all recognize each other's strengths and respect each other.

No comment, but I love them.

As we stay in an inter-dependent world, the need of the hour is a a good symbiotic relationship and a constructive dialogue sustaining the motto of 'agree to disagree' whenever required. A healthy competition benefits all (the colleagues). However jealousy poisons the same!! Being an 'Eternal Optimist' I try my best to work in harmony and 'carrying everybody' together like a 'Team'.

These relationships should be very good as it gives the opportunity to reap the benefits of expertise of one another and it can help us to create a good network.

However, sometimes a factor of professional jealousy comes between colleagues of same speciality as they move in the same direction.

I have excellent relationships with my colleagues of same skills.

Collegiality, mutual respect, open classrooms for peer feedback, open minds for professional development and growth through collaboration and dialogue. Above all: acknowledging the significance of our role, and behaving responsibly (ethos & integrity) as part of the larger learning and scholarly community (local, or global). We need to model all these qualities in action to our students. How can we expect them to behave responsibly as professionals later on, if we do not practice and model what we preach?...

Generally speaking, in an academic context, the relationship among colleagues with the same specialty can have a great bearing on the intellectual development of the department. Such a relationship may unfold in totally different directions. The first is related to a climate of cooperation among colleagues. This is a kind of spiritual approach where personal goals and group goals support each other and which results in lack of conflict and coercion. The second creates an aggressive competition among the group members leading to illogical frictions and slow progress of educational agenda.
