I have seen many papers on DNA hydrogels and DNA ionogels where the typical mesh size(or correlation length) obtained from SMALL ANGLE NEUTRON SCATTERING DATA are shown smaller than 10 A. I don't understand how can the mesh size be so small.

Atomic size is in angstrom range..... mesh size(or correlation length) must be higher order of angstrom.....I think so........

Even molecular size is nm, so logically mesh size should be more than this.
