What is the system of units used in the thermal conductivity by Spitzer and Harm?

In a large number of papers, thermal conductivity is just given by

κe|| = 3.2neTeτe/me = 30692 Te5/2 /(Zi lnΛ) ~2000

and

κi|| = 3.9niTiτi/mi = 1249 Te5/2/(Zi 4mi1/2lnΛ) ~ 60

but I don't know how to derive this coefficients(30692, 1249).

From the NRL plasma formulary, I used cgs unit for deriving collisional times tau and it was successful. However, same way is no longer applied for deriving conductivity coefficients.

how to solve this problem?

P. Contreras It was a simple calculation mistake as I wasn't used to using the cgs system of units. Thanks for your answer.
