For the conversion of the applied potential vs Hg/HgO electrode

potential vs reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE)

using the Nernst equation as follows:

ERHE = EHg/HgO + 0.059 × pH + EoHg/HgO

where pH is the electrolyte pH and EoHg/HgO = 0.164 V vs. RHE at 25 °C for the Hg/HgO/0.1 M KOH.
