I would have thought that the solubility of glycine hydrochloride (not that of the zwitterion, nor that of the zwitterion adjusted to low pH with HCl!) would have been measured and published long ago and perhaps many times. But I can't seem to find such a published value. The experiment seems simple enough to do. I would be most grateful if you could provide me with a citation describing such a measurement.
