We need to know the amount of RNA expected for RNA sequencing. We've been told that the size of the cells effects the amount RNA and we should look the size of the cells in order to know how many cycles should we do.

They are very small i.e 4.6 +/- 0.2µM in diameter. Take a look at the article.
I am also attaching anpther article with the possibility of RNA-sequencing from single murine hematopoietic cells (e20.full.pdf). Give it a read if you find this a possibility.
