Many immune cells in mice colon can secret IFNg and IL17, for example, NK cell, CD4T and CD8 T, they all can secret the IFNg and IL17.
Here I want to ask, are the IFNg or IL17 activation/secretion pathway in NK cell, CD4T and CD8 T same? which signal specifically promote the IFNg or IL17 secretion by NK cells/ CD4T/ CD8 T? and these different source of IFNg/ IL17 have the same function or different function?

I am not sure in the colon, but in immune rich organs line spleen, IFN-g is secreated in higher doses compared to IL-17A in T cells. However, this will depend on the reason why they are secreated?, are your mice infected? activated? -because this will also differ, The function is in most cases the same, inflammatory response, but again, this can be a th1/th17 pathway depending on the reason why the cells are secreting these cytokines.

Do NK cell, CD4T and CD8 T share the same IFNg or IL17 secretion pathway? After the infection of the mice, why these cells secret different level of IFNg (for example: lower IFNg secreting CD4T cells while higher level of IFNg secreting CD8T cells). What specific signal that can trigger the difference of IFNg or IL17 secretion by these immune cells?

CD4 and CD8 will secret different levels of IFNg due to their function. CD4 are helper cells while CD8 are cytotoxic killer cells. Albeit IFNg is produced predominantly by (NK) and natural killer T (NKT) cells as part of the innate immune response, the levels will not necesary be the same compared to CD4 Th1 and CD8 cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL).
