Using a Nova bioprofile (https://www.fannin.eu/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/BioProfile-Flex.pdf) to sample my CHO culture daily I get various metabolite results and also pO2 and pCO2 results. I am unsure what this tells me.
Should these reduce over time, should they be within a specfic range, are they related to DO and sparge rates, etc. Basically why should I care about their levels in my culture
