Late gast. fate is determined but organizer send factors for not committed cells. Environmental factors that organizers' induce might affect the committed cell duties. How we know that nothing change in the committed cell(thus autonomously induced) in late gastrula?
I thought in late gastrula cells are committed and fate determined. But any how for this commitment, signals from neighbouring cells are important so does from the mother and the environment. IF there is a drastic change in the singling pathways specially Wnt, of course there could be alterations

Could you rephrase your question exactly what do you want know in what species and what manipulation in scientific terms?
My book said that this is an early embryo that is host with transplanted second organizer. I wonder that if it is a late embryonic, what will happen with second organizer? Can this organizer cells affect the environmental cells for generating second notochord?

In discussing developmental events, it is critical to employ precise terms in space and time. The grafted tissues you asked is not the Spemann's organizer yet, but called dorsal lip of blastopore (DLB). The question you asked sounds like that what happens if the organizer of late gastrula in Xenopus is grafted additionally in the site of organizer without clear time and space.
It should be said that if the donor DLB of late gastrula is grafted into the ventral side of late blastula (or early gastrula) recipient, what will happen.
Since the DLB containing underlying mesoderm are progressively crawling under the ectodermal layer, the grafted DLB would induce additional Ant-Post axis consisting of only trunk and tail mesoderm and spinal cord (including the notochord) tissues induced from the surrounding cells (but not environmental cells). Therefore, it is not the same as Siamese twins, but making incomplete extra axis. The cells in the DLB become committed to the fate of trunk and tail mesoderm at the time of grafting experiment.
