What is the relationship between 9 elastic constants of an orthotropic layers and geometry orientation in ansys?

I'd like to know if Ex , Ey are measured along XYZ axis of geometry orientation or not. Check the photo attached.

Ex is measured in the fiber direction ( in case of Uni directional fibers) , Ey is mesaured in the width direction and Ez is measured in the thickness direction. The measurement geometry is wrt the fiber directions.
