I have received some oligos for my research from IDT in dried form. What is the recommended speed of centrifugation* prior to resuspension?

Why IDT recommend for brief centrifugation, this is because white flakey pellet of oligos at the bottom of the tube can become dislodged during shipping, it is crucial to briefly centrifuge every oligo before opening the tube. Failure to do so could result in yield loss, because oligo pellets that are not at the bottom of the tube could fly out of the tube when the cap is opened.
You can try 2-3 min centrifugation with ~3000 RPM

You can centrifuge briefly or mixing shortly before or after suspension. I believe that it will not affect anything in your future experiments.
