There are some journals which is not SCI indexed but published from some good Universities throughout the world. I want to know the impact and quality as well as comment of specialist about those journals. Please help me out :)
Dear Imrose Bin Muhit, answer (answers) on your question presumes a large number of journals. In my competence, Russian Journal of Biomechanics, which published in Perm State University (in Russian and English simultaneously) is not SCI indexed for the present but has achieved a good scientific level in corresponding topic which characterize by enough high index (about 0.5) in Russian Index of Scientific Indexing (RISI). At moment the editorial team of this Journal try to join international scientometric base.
Once again, please, take into account "Journal of Engineering Physics and Thermophysics" which published in A.V. Luikov Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer (IHMT) of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
IHMT is a greatest Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (was founded in 1952). One paper is attached as an example. All the best, Serge
We have a lot of University journals that are not currently indexed by SCI but are of high quality just as Serge V. Shil’ko pointed out. However, with the citation rate, most would be included in the SCI in the nearest future.
