There is no optimal amount because it will depend upon the plasmid copy number and on the final volume you resuspend in. What is most important is what is the concentration you need for your subsequent activities.

But as a general rule I like plasmids to be around 100-300 ug/ml

The miniprep from high manipulated cell type like Top 10 and high copy number pls like pCMV from 3-5 ml preculture should give around 400-700 ng/ul pls.
