Urban development at local level in cities and urban regions are globally guided through land management primarily Land Use Zoning and infrastructure. Broadly, urbanization can also be managed through balanced regional development plans for provinces and cities urban region. In addition national focus can be on policies on population, poverty and economic growth to have balanced regional development. Urbanization is reality and aspirations of people must be maintained for economic growth. More cities and settlement with better infrastructure can improve the situations in regions. Going into the routes of dense urbanizations, the most attractive factors are easy access to transportation, medical facilities, good quality water, electricity, like-minded community living, and the availability of good internet facilities. Government policies will definitely be the deciding factors for giving these facilities to semi-urban or rural areas.
