What is the Optimum Neon Transfection Setting for CRISPR/Cas9 RNP in THP-1 Cell Line?

I am trying to transfect THP-1 cells with RNP of CRISPR/Cas9-GFP using ThermoFischer Scientific Neon Transfection System. The current settings are 1400V, 20ms breadth, and 2 pulses. I have done it twice but I only see a weak signal. Flow cytometry is not giving the GFP signal as well.

Are there better settings that may work?
