Dear Fatma,

I would recommend snap freezing in liquid nitrogen. I have done this with hippocampal tissue from rats and then tested 8 different ELISA kits and I got nice results.

Make sure to put the tissue in a plastic tube and the tube should be in a plastic bag that is previously labeled to prevent any contact of liquid nitrogen with the tissue.
