Most researchers think about the sample size is important.

However, have you ever thought about besides the sample size, there are fatal mistakes in the western medical clinical trials?

Each medicine is under the strict control of toxicity. But a single drug to do the experiment, even no matter how big the sample size is, do not consider two critical factors:

The first is the lifelong use of the heart, liver, kidney long-term damage and thus leads the other organs' functions deviate too.

The second, when more organs have dysfunction, the prescription drug variety increased. It is more than the body can tolerate the toxicity of a single drug. Then, the inevitable organ failure becomes a must happen result!

Or, maybe both of them are equally important?
