You can Google for sequences or retrieve from NCBI. Enter the FASTA sequence on pBLAST and it will display the domains present in a protein. Use expasy pI/mw and protparam tools for molecular weight and other protein properties.

go to NCBI , select protein, type the name of your protein to get the sequence, then use one of the tools that Mangal mentioned above to figure out the molecular weight of it.

E6 is approx 15 to 20 kDa depending on wich antibody you use.

In our Lab we use anti-E6 (2E-3F8).

It gives nice blot and the protein is revealed at 16 kDa.
