I want to know the total minimum bp of dsDNA needed to give the signal in Real time pcr using SYBR green dye. ie 150bp x 10^5 copies = 15 X 10^6 bp of total bp. Kindly share your experience that what was your minimum ct value for which size (Eg. 130-200bp) in your life time?
