The lyse the cell completely then any number of buffers will do the job, for example CTAB or Trizol, which are probably the most used for a chloroform gDNA isolation. Also the buffers you get in gDNA isolation kits are usually good enough for full lysis. 

We use a Lysis buffer containing 155 mM NH4Cl (16.58 g), 10 mM KHCO3 (2.0024 g) and 0.1 mM EDTA (0.074 g) (total 2 litres) for both genomic DNA and mitochondrial DNA isolation.

Our buffer: TrisClH 10mM, EDTA10mM, NaCl 100mM,  SDS 1 per cent, ph 7.5 and for protein disgestion 10ul ProK, 20 mgml,
