As in PCR process, rising the temperature at 92 degree C -leads to breaking of double standard DNA into single standard DNA, but during human fever, temperature rises much higher than 92 degree C, then what mechanism or which protein protect DNA present in the nucleus of the human body?

Ooops... Brother, you messed up the temperature scale. Body temperature is only 37 deg C and as Johanna said during fever temperature seldom raises above 42 deg C.

DNA denaturation occurs at 94 deg Celsius and during fever our body temperature may be around 40-42 deg Celsius. So there is no mechanism need to improvise by DNA for its existence.
This question gets at some key issues regardless of the temperature conversion point. A fever is more likely to directly impact large and flexible human proteins than DNA in my view. For example, the question of fever relates to hyperthermia that is used as a cancer therapy. Such mild hyperthermia inhibits homologous recombination because it induces the degradation of relatively unstable large human proteins such as BRCA2, which is needed for homologous recombination repair of DNA double strand breaks (Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2011 Jun 14;108(24):9851-6) . So it is the proteins that protect DNA that are at risk from fever. On the useful side, this can kill cancer cells and also sensitizes cancer cells to poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 inhibition and ionizing radiation. Hyperthermia also alters the interaction between proteins of the Mre11 complex, which acts generally in double-strand break repair and replication fork rescue (Cell 2008 135:97-109), and inhibits the formation of repair foci in irradiated human melanoma cells (Cytometry A. 2010 77:940-52).
I dont why he asked this question,but if you look at the Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion you might have been knew the answer,anyway simple 100 °F is equal to 37.7 degrees centigrade
