while dealing with new isolation of soybean disease pathogen I got this fungi. But I dont know what's identity? I did not capture petri plate culture picture. If someone need I may share later.
The pictures do not give enough information about conidiogenous structures and conidial morphology as to give a tentative identification. Some media can enhance normal sporulation much better than PDA, e.g. oatmeal agar, cornmeal agar, and water agar with sterilized plant material.
Some cylindrical conidia, however, resemble those of Pyrenophora/Drechslera spp. If possible, please provide more pictures where structures and their colour are more clearly visible.
Dear colleague, I am agree with Hugo. There are needed more clear pictures. Without coloring and with size. And also it seems as there are different fungi in the dishes. I think that on the last Alternaria conidia can be too.
Latif sir How may I am not sure because you know the microscope with whom I am dealing now is not in best condition and better microscope when will be available I am not sure. but I am trying my best to capture more clear picture.
Today i tried to add few pictures of conidia without any color. Sure Dear Maria V. Kozlova I will add whole colony photo including petri plate culture ( front and reverse view). But I think pictures added now will help you all more to identify the fungus. All the best.
Hello shuvramh, i am agreed with the above replies. You should make more slide from different angles and time of incubation. Many times fungus gives different view from centre and edges.
