What is the effect on the density of Graphene oxide by intercatllating it with Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes ???

Do the density of graphene oxide decreases by intercallating it with carbon nanotubes. It seems the density decreases due to increase in the inter layer spacing but I am ambiguous and need a more detailed explanation.
