I found a protocol that uses a single dose heparin in kidney ischemia reperfusion injury induction, I wonder if it`s applicable in the heart. What dosage should I use for cardiac IR model in mouse? Thank you.

I downloaded one for you, it says 20Unit/ml final concentration, try that. Ideally Kidney dose should work too.
